For those those who still say that gay marriage or gay rights won't affect others...

The New Mexico Court of Appeals has upheld a ruling that a professional photographer who refused to take pictures of a gay couple's commitment ceremony violated state anti-discrimination laws.  The Albuquerque Journal (http://bit.ly/JSAdE5 ) reports the court agreed on Thursday with a previous ruling, ruling the photo studio is considered public, similar to a restaurant or store.  The New Mexico Human Rights Commission ruled in 2008 that Elane Photography violated the state Human Rights Act by discriminating against Vanessa Willock on the basis of sexual orientation. The photography studio says its refusal was not an act of discrimination, but a reflection of the owners' religious and moral beliefs.

So next time somebody tells you that your moral and religious won't be trampled if gay marriage or "marriage equality" comes into place, just don't believe them. They know what we know, yet, they want to play blind to the truth that those who object, will be silenced, prosecuted, jailed, etc. 

This the reasoning of the judges:

The studio asked hypothetically whether an African-American photographer would be required to photograph a Ku Klux Klan rally.The court responded: "The Ku Klux Klan is not a protected class. Sexual orientation, however, is protected."

So, if the Nazis take over, and are protected, it will be not good to bring a class action against them, due to their "political orientation"???

Oh Lord, how far has society come to non-sense!!

Texans, you should learn Spanish

A pizza parlour in Texas, the state where people take guns to church, is boycotting is being boycotted for promoting giving a free pizza if people order in Spanish.

Well, instead of getting mad about not ordering in English, they should learn basic Spanish, and get a free pizza.

People are so proud of their supposed heritage (remember, Texas used to be Mexican), that even for a free pizza, they are not willing to learn rudimentary Spanish!!!

People are so full of themselves. Learn Spanish, get a free pizza. Be smart.

2 years of marriage, and then you have a second chance. Mexico offers a new view of marriage

It is a challenge to be married. Let's face it, the constant competition against the other's will, the ever present tension of meeting your spouse (notice, I don't use that hated word "partner"), expectation and needs.

Well, if you think you don't have the guts to endure a lifetime, there's a country that will help you to have a second chance at marriage, without giving you a guilt trip, MEXICO!!

In Mexico City, "'Til death do us part" may turn into "'Til I'm sick of you."

Leftist lawmakers in the city's assembly are proposing a new amendment that eliminates the eternal bliss component from a marriage contract, providing couples with an easier exit strategy than divorce.

The new legislation, designed to avoid the hassle of the divorce process, would allow for temporary marriage contracts and give couples the freedom to opt out of a lifetime commitment. The reformed civil code would outline issues including custody of children and shared property, but only requires a couple to sign for a minimum of two years.

So children produced by the union (two years is not enough, but I've met some who produce 2 kids in 18 months!!!) are treated like property, who have no feelings and needs to have a constant supervision by adults, not only one?

Sometimes, Catholics have more guts to speak on behalf of marriage than Protestants:

"This reform is absurd. It contradicts the nature of marriage," Hugo Valdemar, a spokesman for the Mexican archdiocese said. "It's another one of these electoral theatrics the assembly tends to do that are irresponsible and immoral."

Yes, it is inmoral, and totally stupid. Not only the drug cartels are breaking families by killing and kidnapping fathers, mothers, children, but now, the Leftist have the family in their sights from its inception.
