This is a great problem here in Australia, where teenage moms start having kids just to get by. I used to work at a Second Hand Shop, Cash Converters, and had first hand experience with such people. Most of them are just using their kids are sources of income, and treat them badly, dress them badly.
So this new initiative by the Federal Government is a good move, that after the baby is 6 months old, the teenage mom, gets to go to work or study. The girl in the article, just keeps having a baby every year, after 6 kids, is contemplating number 7.
These people have it too easy. Good move on the Government's part. Finally, something good!!
